Zip Domestic products are automatically covered by a comprehensive 1 year on site parts and labour warranty. This warranty is extended to 2 years as soon as you register your purchase. You will receive confirmation of this extended warranty in writing. You will benefit from free post installation commissioning and special terms on a three year maintenance agreement.
Before you begin, you'll need to know your product's serial number, where it was installed and if possible, the name & company of the installer. Once you're registered (and logged in) you'll see the Register a product tab on your My Account page.
Zip Commercial products are automatically covered by the Zip manufacturer's 1 year warranty, no extended warranty is available on commercial products.
