The new Zip Aquapoint  Unvented Water Heater comes in 5, 10 and 15 litre capacities to serve single or multiple hot water outlets!

Glass lined steel inner container, tested to 12 bar
Sacrificial anode for corrosion protection

External temperature control with frost protection
Comes complete with wall fixing screws

Zip Unvented Water Heating for washing hands and washing up is a favourite for developers, specifiers and installers.

Systems are fed by mains cold water pressure and offer a number of benefits above a conventional vented system:

Fast & easy to install above or below the outlet
No cold water storage cistern needed
Hot and cold water supplies balanced
No special taps required

Zip Unvented Water Accessories & Installation

Electrical

To be wired to a double pole switched fused spur with a minimum break capacity of 13 amps.

Installation must comply with current IEE regulations.

Supplied with 1 metre of pre-wired cable.

 

Installation

Separate models available for overbasin and undersink installation.

All models can be wall mounted.

Undersink units can be installed unsupported on the floor if required.

All models can supply one outlet or multiple outlets without the need for special taps.

Safety Features

Manually resettable over temperature safety cutout.

Expansion relief valve (supplied) set at 6 bar.

Sacrificial anode for added protection for element and tank in aggressive water conditions, requiring regular inspection and replacement when necessary.

Warranty

Zip Aquapoint comes with one year on-site parts and labour warranty.

Plumbing

Water connections 1⁄2" BSP

Pressure relief valve (supplied) set at 6 bar.

Should be installed only by a suitably experienced installer of unvented electric storage water heaters.

Oversink and undersink models not interchangeable.

Options

Depending on the installation requirements, Zip Aquapoint may be ordered as an "Over-sink" or "Under-sink" version.

Zip Aquapount can be wall mounted using the fixing screws supplied or may be unsupported on the floor, or the base of a cupboard.
